All cab bookings are subject to availability. A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation from Warangal Travels and Cabs through an appropriate communication channel.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including name, mobile number, pickup location, drop location, travel date, travel time and other booking details.
Applicable fares and charges depend on the selected vehicle, route, distance, duration, type of service and other applicable booking requirements. Any additional applicable charges will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible.
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment gateway. Customers are responsible for completing the payment using the provided payment method.
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should review that policy before making a booking or payment.
Customers should provide correct pickup details and be available at the agreed pickup location and time. Delays caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect the journey.
We aim to provide the vehicle and service agreed at the time of booking. However, in circumstances such as vehicle breakdown, maintenance, operational requirements or other unforeseen situations, a suitable alternative vehicle or arrangement may be provided where reasonably possible.
Customers are expected to behave responsibly during the journey and follow applicable safety requirements. Customers should not damage the vehicle or engage in unlawful or unsafe activities.
Warangal Travels and Cabs will make reasonable efforts to provide services as booked. However, traffic, road conditions, weather, vehicle issues, government restrictions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in delays or changes to the service.
Where third-party services or payment platforms are involved, their respective terms and policies may also apply.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and useful. However, service availability, fares, vehicle details and other information may change from time to time.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked service. We are not responsible for delays, losses or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
